Shipping - Domestic and International
We offer FREE shipping on all US orders $200+!
- All in-stock orders are ready to ship within 5 business days.
- All ready to ship items from orders placed Friday through Sunday, will ship out that following Monday. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
- Custom orders usually ship within 10-12 days—worth the wait! Please allow 3-7 business days after shipping for delivery.
International Orders: The Details
- International shipping time is determined at checkout. All international orders require a $40 flat rate fee with reliable shipping via DHL Express!
- All in-stock orders are ready to ship within 5 business days. All ready to ship items from orders placed Friday through Sunday, will ship out that following Monday. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
- Custom orders usually ship within 10-12 days—worth the wait! Please allow 7-14 business days after shipping for delivery.
- Please note: International packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities. Please check their website for more information. Lusi Rose is not responsible for any duties, taxes or delays that may be subject to international orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for a refund. However, we are happy to exchange your order for another size or style as long as it meets our criteria below. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
If your order is not custom, personalized or on sale please see the below instructions on how to initiate an exchange:
- Please contact us at orders@lusirose.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your exchange has been approved, please ship back the items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
- If an item is returned outside of our policy guidelines, Lusi Rose has the right to decline the exchange and will ship back the item to the shipping address on file.
Order Status and Cancellations
Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the status of your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept cancellations up to 1 hour after an order has been placed.
